Wonderful Apartment in Brookline! 

My wife accepted a travel nursing contract at Boston Childrens we were having trouble finding housing in the area. I submitted a housing request and Kevin quickly reached out!

Kevin had done his homework and knew exactly what we were looking for. After several conversations on the phone, we decided to put our trust in him. Happy to report that Kevin anmd his team have delivered on everything that was promised with this unit. The apartment was clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. Its a quick walk to 2 different T stations and the restaurant/cofee options nearby have been some of the best weve tried in all of New England.

I'lve often felt like an umber renting elsewhere, but Kevin's constant personal touches have made us feel truly welcome. My wife and I would definitely work with him again!

I’ve really enjoyed staying at this property during my contract in the Longwood Medical area. It’s just over a mile from work, which has made commuting incredibly easy. The location is fantastic—close to a wide range of restaurants, bars, bakeries, shopping, and grocery stores, including Trader Joe’s. It’s also just a couple of blocks from the Coolidge Corner T station, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. The connection to the Blue Line is especially convenient for getting to the airport—typically within an hour. The unit itself is small but recently renovated and well-equipped with everything you might need. The included parking spot is a huge bonus—hard to come by in Boston. On-site laundry facilities add another layer of convenience. I’m currently on a 4-month lease and plan to return for a 6-month contract starting January 2026. The location truly can’t be beat, and my experience with the property manager and landlord has been excellent—both are responsive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property for either short-term or long-term stays in the Boston area.

We loved the apartment and Coolidge corner is by far our favorite neighborhood in the Boston area !! CC is an incredible neighborhood ! So convenient to everything Close to the hospitals Plus to public transportation We are incredibly lucky to have found it! Everything was Fantastic !! I Highly Recommend this Devotion st Apartment

I loved staying in the Brookline Furnished 5 Star rentals with my pup! Both places (9 Devotion st Garden and 41 Harvard st ) were modern, super clean, and in great spots—close to everything including multiple parks. Kevin was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions that I had. Nothing but a Great Experience for me ! Thanks Super Close to the Hospitals Kevin is a Fantastic Host !! Can't recommend it enough !!

My roommate and I stayed at the two-bedroom apartment at Prince Street, Number 5, and also visited the unit at 32 Prince Street, from September through early December, and our experience was excellent.
The apartment was completely renovated and beautifully maintained, with new furniture, beds, and pristine linens. The unit and hallways were always clean, and the amenities were exactly as promised.
Brookline Furnished was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. Any requests we had were handled quickly, and the team was friendly, thorough, and professional from application through our entire stay. We couldn’t recommend them more highly — truly a five-star organization.
