My name is Kevin O’Boy, and I am the proud owner of O’Boy Properties & Brookline Furnished in the magnificent town of Brookline, Massachusetts, voted America’s number one town for livability by numerous national news outlets.
O’Boy Properties is a family-owned business that has proudly served the Brookline community since 1960. We currently manage approximately 40 apartments throughout the Brookline area, with a longstanding focus on high-quality, annual unfurnished rentals.
In recent years, we have thoughtfully expanded our portfolio to include Brookline Furnished, a curated collection of beautiful, fully furnished, fully equipped, and fully appointed five-star residences designed for short-term and extended stays. Our primary focus is providing exceptional housing for professionals in the medical and educational fields, with a particular emphasis on “traveling nurses in the medical area.” All of our furnished apartments are within walking distance of all the major hospitals.
We also regularly accommodate traveling doctors, medical professionals, educators, and other professionals who require high-quality housing for stays ranging from three to six months, one year, or longer when their needs align.
I am a lifelong resident of Brookline and have been actively involved in residential property management for over 50 years. My family spans four generations in Brookline, and I have lived here my entire life.
